WELL...I didn't use one of the WONDERFUL suggestions for finishing that my DEAR readers gave, BUT-just because you all were so sweet to make suggestions I will draw a name from those that gave a suggestion and you will receive something stitched from me :)
I decided to go with a Memo Board finish on this one. I DID like the red/white checked fabric idea for finishing -however I found one in my stash that I liked even more than the one I shared before-so I went with it :)
We went from this....

I covered the memo cork in the red/white check fabric-push pins still easily penetrate it for use of posting notes :)
To this :) I just ADORE it :) Too cute!!

Design:Folk Art Bunny
Designer: Barbara Sestok (CS&N July 09)
Design Size:5 3/4 x 5 3/4
Fabric: 28ct. Silkweaver Solo
Fibers: DMC
Start Date: 1-2-10
Finish Date: 1-16-10

Terri-this was just an everyday cork/memo board. It is not something specifically for a stitching project. You can buy them most anywhere.
BonnieBlue-I used a tool that allowed me to secure the fabric under the lip of the wooden frame of the cork board.
Jamie-I am going to hang it in my kitchen :)
JulieLynne-Fortunately I have been blessed with a VERY creative mother whom I learned from all the young years of my life (ironically, she does not cross stitch though-but she does most everything else) and I just have a very creative mind and I like to think outside the "frame" so to speak when it comes to cross stitch :)

Thank you so much dear friends and followers :) I appreciate your visits and your sweet words so very much :) Please come again :)
hugs and love from SC,
BeckySC
